NEHA Research Grant Members of the Board of Directors of the New England Historical Association are pleased to announce that the first annual NEHA research grant will be awarded in February 2024. NEHA acknowledges with sadness the recent passing of NEHA member and former executive officer Peter Holloran (1947-2023). Dr. Holloran was a Vietnam veteran and social historian in the area of 19th century American History, including the history of child welfare services, history of immigration and labor movements, and the American Civil War.
